Returns

If it is not right, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. It needs to be in the condition it arrived in, with its packaging.

Email us first and we will send return instructions. We cover return shipping when the item arrived damaged, faulty, or was not what you ordered. Otherwise return postage is yours.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within five business days of the return arriving.

Damaged on arrival? Send a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it without asking for the original back.
